Getting started
To support our partners, we have established a certification process designed to ensure best-practice implementation when integrating with our NDC 21.3 APIs. To be eligible to apply for a Production API Key, partners must be certified to at least RED Tier.
Forms of Payment
- It is not mandatory to implement all Forms of Payment (FOP) types. Partners are only required to implement the FOP types that are applicable to them as a customer.

Certification levels
We offer a three-tier certification programme (Red, Silver, and Gold). The Red and Silver levels are currently available, while the Gold level is scheduled to be introduced in February 2026. You will need to progress through the certification programme to gain production access, and upon successful completion of each level, you will be awarded the corresponding certification badge.
