  • Voluntary Cancel

    A Voluntary Cancel refers to the process where a passenger chooses to cancel their flight reservation on their own accord, as opposed to a cancellation initiated by the airline (known as an Involuntary Cancel).

  • Voluntary Exchange - Uneven

    A Voluntary Exchange - Uneven occurs when a passenger opts to change their flight reservation, resulting in a new ticket that has a different price than the original one.

  • Split PNR

    A Split PNR (Passenger Name Record) is a process used in airline reservations when part of a group or family booking needs to be separated into individual bookings.

  • Name Correction/Amendment

    Name Correction/Amendment refers to the process of updating or correcting a passenger’s name on an airline booking, often due to typographical errors, misspellings, or minor discrepancies between the name on the booking and the traveller's identification documents.

  • Payment Services Integration - BSP

    Payment Services Integration - BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) refers to the process of integrating an airline or travel agency's payment system with the BSP, a centralised system managed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

  • Involuntary Change

    An Involuntary Change occurs when an airline modifies a passenger’s flight itinerary without the passenger’s request or consent, usually due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes can involve adjustments to flight times, dates, or even destinations.

  • Involuntary Cancel

    An Involuntary Cancel occurs when an airline cancels a passenger's flight due to circumstances beyond the passenger's control. This type of cancellation is initiated by the airline, not the passenger, and can happen for various reasons, including operational disruptions, severe weather conditions, technical issues, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.

  • OrderChangeNotification API

    The OrderChangeNotification API is a communication tool used in airline and travel industry systems to notify parties involved in an order (such as bookings or reservations) about changes made to that order.

  • OCN Registration

    OCN Registration (Order Change Notification Registration) is a process that allows travel agencies, airlines, and other distribution partners to register for receiving notifications regarding changes made to a passenger's order or booking.
