  • OrderChangeNotification API

    The OrderChangeNotification API is a communication tool used in airline and travel industry systems to notify parties involved in an order (such as bookings or reservations) about changes made to that order.

  • Split PNR

    A Split PNR (Passenger Name Record) is a process used in airline reservations when part of a group or family booking needs to be separated into individual bookings.

  • Name Correction/Amendment

    Name Correction/Amendment refers to the process of updating or correcting a passenger’s name on an airline booking, often due to typographical errors, misspellings, or minor discrepancies between the name on the booking and the traveller's identification documents.

    The OrderList API allows users, such as travel agents, airlines, and other distribution partners to retrieve a comprehensive list of orders (or bookings) associated with a specific customer or agency.

  • Payment Services Integration - BSP

    Payment Services Integration - BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan) refers to the process of integrating an airline or travel agency's payment system with the BSP, a centralised system managed by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

  • OrderHistory API

    The OrderHistory API allows users—such as travel agencies, airlines, and other distribution partners—to access and retrieve historical data related to a customer's or agency's past orders (or bookings).

  • Private Fares

    The Private Fares refer to confidential or negotiated airline fares that are accessible only to specific agencies or partners under contractual agreements. These fares often offer better pricing or flexible conditions compared to public fares and may require authentication or identification through an agency code, PCC, or TIDS number.

  • Involuntary Change

    An Involuntary Change occurs when an airline modifies a passenger’s flight itinerary without the passenger’s request or consent, usually due to unforeseen circumstances. These changes can involve adjustments to flight times, dates, or even destinations.

  • Involuntary Cancel

    An Involuntary Cancel occurs when an airline cancels a passenger's flight due to circumstances beyond the passenger's control. This type of cancellation is initiated by the airline, not the passenger, and can happen for various reasons, including operational disruptions, severe weather conditions, technical issues, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.

  • ARC Settlement

    ARC Settlement Refers to the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) process used to report and remit ticket sales and refunds between travel agencies and airlines in the U.S.

  • US POS Onboarding

    US POS Onboarding refers to the process of registering and configuring travel agencies, distributors, or partners whose sales originate from the United States (U.S. Point of Sale).

    This includes validating agency credentials (e.g., ARC number or TIDS), enabling appropriate settlement methods, and activating relevant airline capabilities or fare access within the U.S. market.

Future Delivery

  • Airline Profile API

    The Airline Profile API provides access to airline-specific data, including codes, names, supported services, fare types, NDC capabilities, and configuration details.

    Use this API to determine which functions an airline supports (e.g., booking, ticketing, seat maps, ancillaries, APIS submission) and to retrieve related profile information for system integration.
