Introduction

We have provided you with an easy-to-follow user guide that outlines the step-by-step process for requesting access to test keys. Whether you are new to accessing API keys or simply need a rrefresher, the guide will assist you in navigating the process with ease.

 

Login to VS NDC Connect

Log in to VS NDC Connect, and you will be directed to the dashboard. Here, you will have access to key features and tools, allowing you to manage your account, view important updates, and initiate tasks such as requesting access to direct connection and service provider test keys.

 

Select API Connections from Menu

From the left-hand menu, click on API Connections to access and manage your API integration settings and related options.

 
 

NDC API Access

There are two options for requesting access to our NDC APIs.

1. Direction Connection:
Select this option if you wish to request a Direct NDC Connection Key
2. Connection Via Service Provider:
Select this option if you want to apply for a 3rd Party Vendor Application and need a key to be assigned to that vendor.

Click on the +APPLY button for your choice of API access.

 

1. Direct Connection

If you have selected Direct Connection then the following pop-up will appear.

If you see the message 'No available agency identifiers for this environment', this is because you do not have an IATA/TIDS number that has been used or approved for your Organisation. If you see this message you will not have any Agent Identifer options in the dropdown below.

 
 

2. Service Provider Connection

If you have selected Service Providern then the following pop-up will appear.
