VS NDC Connect Portal Security Enhancements

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the security of the Virgin Atlantic NDC Connect Portal, we are introducing two updates to the Portal experience. These changes strengthen account protection for our integrated partners and help ensure technical resources remain available to authorised users.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now active for all Portal users. When signing in to your Portal account, you will now be required to complete an additional verification step. This enhancement provides an extra layer of security and helps protect your account.

Access to Technical Documentation

From Wednesday 5 August 2026, technical documentation will be available exclusively to authenticated Portal users. To view technical documentation, you will need to:

• Sign in to your existing NDC Connect Portal account, or
• Create a Portal account if you don't already have one

Moving this content behind the Portal login aligns with our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure environment for our integrated partners, ensuring technical resources are available to authorised users.
