How to Invite Team Member to Organisation?

Login to VS NDC Connect

Log in to VS NDC Connect, and you will be greeted by the following dashboard. This dashboard serves as your central hub, providing easy access to various features and tools essential for managing your organisation. From here, you can navigate to different sections, such as managing your organisation, API keys, team, and your account activity.

Select 'Teams' from Menu

To begin managing your organisation’s teams, click on 'Teams' from the left menu. This section will display all the current members associated with your organisation, allowing you to view details, edit existing members, or create new ones. Here, you can easily manage team members. assign roles, and adjust permissions to enhance collaboration within your organisation.

Manage Your Team

You will see the following 'Manage Your Team' screen, which provides an overview of your current team members and their roles. From this screen, you can easily add new members, edit existing member details, or remove individuals from your team. You’ll also have options to assign roles and permissions, ensuring that each team member has the appropriate access to tools and resources necessary for their responsibilities."

Invite Team Member

To invite a new team member, click on the +Invite button as shown here. This will open a prompt where you can enter the new member's name and email address, and assign their role within the team. Once you’ve filled out the necessary information, click 'Send' The invited member will receive an email with instructions to join your team, allowing them to access the resources and tools they need.

Invite User

Once you have clicked on 'Invite, you will see following popup. Fill in the form, then click SEND.

Invite User Form

First Name: [The First Name of the user you are inviting]
Last Name: [You Last Name of the user you are inviting]
Email Address: [The Email Address for the User you are inviting]

Sign Up Invitation

The invited user will receive a 'Sign Up Invitation' email, which contains a link to join your organisation. Once the invited user clicks on the JOIN button in the email, they will be directed to the registration page where they can complete their account setup. After providing the required information and creating their password, they will officially register with your organization, gaining access to the VS NDC Connect Portal and its features.
