Introduction

If you have registered an Organisation against an IATA number, you will be able able to more IATA numbers against your organisation. You will need to have Admin access to be able to carry out this task. To be able to add IATA numbers. If you are the first user registering for an Organisation you will automatically have Admin access. Alternatively, an admin user can upgrade other team members to admin status.

 

Navigate to Organisation

Log in to your account, and from the dashboard, select 'Organisation.' This will take you to your Organisation Management section, where you can view and manage your organisation’s details and settings.

 

Registered IATA Codes

Once you click on Organisations, you will see the 'Registered IATA's' section on the top of the page

This is the list of IATA codes registered against your Organisation. Each entry includes essential details such as the IATA code and associated organisation name.

 

Add IATA Number

To add your IATA number, simply click the ‘+ Add’ button. A pop-up window will appear.

You will need to fill out the form completely, then click the 'Add' button. Your new IATA number will then be successfully added.

 

Add IATA Organisation

Complete the Add IATA Organisation form, ensuring that all required fields are accurately filled in. Be sure to provide all necessary information, such as the Company Name, Company Number, Contact Details, and any other relevant data.

Double-check the details before submitting to avoid any delays or issues with registration. Once the form is complete, click 'Submit' to finalize the process.

1. Company Name: The 'IATA registered' name of the company associated with the IATA Code
2. Company Number: The unique identification number assigned to the company
3. VAT/Tax ID: The company's VAT or Tax Identification Number
4. Company Type: This will be set as 'IATA Accredited Agent'
5. IATA Identifier: The IATA code assigned to the company
6. Accredited Level: The level of accreditation the company holds
7. Address Line 1: The first line of the company’s physical address
8. Address Line 2: The second line of the company’s physical address (if applicable
