Split Order

This demonstrates the end-to-end process for performing a Split Order (traditionally known as a Split PNR) operation. The Split Order function allows customers or agents to separate one or more passengers from an existing booking into a new order (or PNR), enabling independent management of itineraries, ticketing, payments, or modifications.

Please prepare the following use cases to demonstrate Split Order capability in your application.

Once these are ready, please upload the XML logs required for the certification process.

 
 
Use Case Workflow
 
OrderRetrieve RQ/RS

Please provide an OrderRetrieve request and response that meets the following criteria:

Parameters:
  1. Itinerary: LHR → JFK (One-way)
  2. Passenger(s): 2 x ADT, 2 x INF
  3. Fare Type: Published Fares
  4. Cabin: Any Cabin

These samples will be used to validate your system’s ability to correctly retrieve your intinerary.

 
OrderChange RQ/RS

Please provide an OrderChange request and response that meets the following criteria:

Parameters:
  1. Itinerary: LHR → JFK (One-way)
  2. Passenger(s): Need to split 1 ADT with associated INF to another order.
  3. Fare Type: Published Fares
  4. Cabin: Any Cabin

These samples will be used to validate your system’s ability to correctly split your order.

 
OrderRetrieve RQ/RS

Please provide an OrderRetrieve request and response that meets the following criteria:

Parameters:
  1. OrderID: The original order containing remaining passengers
  2. Itinerary: LHR → JFK (One-way)
  3. Passenger(s): 1 x ADT, 1 x INF (Remaining passengers on original order)
  4. Fare Type: Published Fares
  5. Cabin: Any Cabin

These samples will be used to validate your system’s ability to correctly retrieve your itinerary for the original order.

 
OrderRetrieve RQ/RS

Please provide an OrderRetrieve request and response that meets the following criteria:

Parameters:
  1. OrderID: The newly created order containing split passengers
  2. Itinerary: LHR → JFK (One-way)
  3. Passenger(s): 1 x ADT, 1 x INF (Passengers on split order)
  4. Fare Type: Published Fares
  5. Cabin: Any Cabin

These samples will be used to validate your system’s ability to correctly retrieve your itinerary for the split order.
