VS NDC Connect supports the full end-to-end booking journey, including:

• Shopping (offer search and pricing)
• Offer management
• Order creation (booking)
• Order servicing (changes, cancellations)
• Ancillary services (e.g. seats, baggage)
• Payment and fulfilment

VS NDC Connect is using NDC Schema Version 21.3

We support a range of payment methods, including:

• Major credit and debit cards
• BSP and ARC settlement
• IATA EasyPay

Virgin Atlantic aligns its NDC capabilities with the IATA Airline Retailing Maturity Index (ARMI), which provides a modern framework for assessing airline retailing maturity beyond traditional NDC certification levels.

Through VS NDC Connect, we support advanced retailing capabilities across the Offer and Order lifecycle, including shopping, booking, ancillary services, and servicing. Our implementation reflects a progressive move towards modern airline retailing in line with IATA standards.
